AuADHD & ADHD counselling and coaching for adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck

For adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally stretched, or stuck in patterns that do not make sense. Whether you already know ADHD or AuDHD is part of the picture, or you are only just beginning to wonder, I help you make sense of what is going on and find a way forward that fits.

You do not need to have a diagnosis to start making sense of things.

Life's too short to be stuck in a loop of stress, self-doubt and burnout.

What I Offer

Many adults with ADHD or AuDHD live with more than distraction or disorganisation. They may also be carrying burnout, shame, emotional intensity, relationship strain, and the feeling that life seems harder than it should. Over time, that can take a real toll on confidence and wellbeing.

This support is about making sense of those wider patterns in a way that feels human, grounded, and realistic. The focus is not just on symptoms, but on the emotional and practical impact they can have across daily life, work, identity, and connection with other people.

Many people know what they need to do, but cannot seem to follow through consistently.
Coaching focuses on that gap.

We work on creating structure, building momentum, and finding practical ways forward when motivation drops, overwhelm takes over, or everything starts to feel too much.

The focus is on what works in your actual life, not ideal scenarios.

Hypnotherapy is used as a focused way of working with patterns that are harder to shift through talking alone.

This can include anxiety, habits, emotional intensity, sleep, and the nervous system staying in a constant state of stress or overload, especially where ADHD or AuDHD is part of the picture.

The aim is not to force change, but to work at a deeper level so responses become less automatic, more manageable, and easier to work with in everyday life.

Why people work with me

Grounded support

I work in a human, straightforward way that helps make sense of what is happening without forcing you into one-size-fits-all advice.

A wider understanding

ADHD and AuDHD can affect far more than focus. Burnout, emotional strain, self-worth, relationships, and the pressure of everyday life can all become part of the picture.

Professional and lived experience

I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to this work, which means I know how frustrating it can be when advice sounds fine in theory but does not hold up in real life.

If this feels familiar, you’re welcome to get in touch.

We can arrange an initial conversation and see whether this feels like the right fit for you.
