My coaching is practical, realistic, and tailored to your circumstances. We start by clarifying your goals and understanding what has been getting in the way. This may involve looking at external barriers, like lack of time or resources, as well as internal ones, such as fear of failure, perfectionism, or self-doubt.

We then work together to create a plan you can follow — one that feels manageable and motivating rather than overwhelming. I will hold you accountable to the actions you commit to, but I will also help you adapt the plan when life changes, so you keep moving forward without losing heart.

Because my background includes counselling and hypnotherapy, I can integrate mindset work and emotional resilience into our sessions. This means we can address the deeper beliefs and habits that shape your behaviour, so you not only reach your goals but also maintain your progress in the long term.

what to expect

Every coaching journey is unique. Some sessions may focus on breaking down big ambitions into smaller, achievable steps. Others may involve exploring why certain patterns keep repeating and how to interrupt them. You will leave each session with clarity on your next steps and the confidence to act on them.

Coaching is available online across the UK, with limited in-person sessions in Norwich if preferred. You can book a short block to work on a specific project or take a longer-term approach to reshape multiple areas of your life.
